0.25 tbsp
Balsamic Vinegar

Butternut Squash
0.5 tbsp
Chives

Pumpkin Seeds

40 grams
Swiss Chard
2 tsp
Thyme
50 grams
Turnip
0.75 tbsp
Vinegar
1 tbsp
White Vinegar

Prep

  1. Peel and cut your Butternut Squash and Turnip. All ingredients should have a similar size and shape.
  2. Wash and cut your Okra and Swiss Chard so that they all have a similar size and shape.
  3. Finely chop your Chives.

Heating Steps

  1. Heat clear oil in a pan, add Butternut Squash with thyme and fry for 5 minutes. Then add Okra and Turnip and fry for 10 minutes. Finally, add Swiss Chard and fry for another 5 minutes.
  2. Add Balsamic Vinegar, Vinegar and White Vinegar and mix.
  3. Toast Pumpkin Seeds on a hot and dry pan. Then remove from pan.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add Chives and Pumpkin Seeds on top.
