Peach Smoothie With Peanut Butter

100 ml
Almond Milk

Banana
2 tbsp
Chia Seeds
0.75 tbsp
Coconut Oil
1 tbsp
Flax Seeds
1 tbsp
Ginger
1 tbsp
Lemon
1
Peach
0.75 tbsp
Peanut Butter

Prep

  1. Slice your banana and peach into approximately 2x2cm cubes (1"x 1"). Try to ensure all pieces are roughly the same size.
  2. Finely chop your ginger.
  3. Cut and squeeze your lemon so you can use the juice later.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add your almond milk, banana, chia seeds, coconut oil, flax seeds, ginger, lemon, peach and peanut butter to your blender and pulsate until smooth.
  2. Serve your smoothie cold! You can store it for up to 3 days in the fridge.
