50 grams
Almonds
2 Egg
Eggs

Onion
0.75 tbsp
Sesame Oil
0.25 tbsp
Soy Sauce
6 grams
Sugar

Prep

  1. Finely chop your onion.

Heating Steps

  1. Toast almonds on a hot and dry pan for a few minutes. Then remove from pan and set aside to use as a topping later.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan, add onion, and fry at a lower temperature for several minutes.
  3. Crack your eggs into a bowl and whisk well. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Add your sesame oil, soy sauce and sugar to the bowl and mix.
  5. Pour your egg mixture on top of your vegetables and heat until omelette is done.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add Almonds on top.
