Swiss Chard Salad With Chili Powder

Cauliflower
1 tsp
Chili Powder
2 Clove
Garlic
1 tbsp
Lemon
1 tbsp
Olive Oil
1 tbsp
Parsley

110 grams
Swiss Chard
80 grams
Walnuts

Prep

  1. Wash and cut your cauliflower and swiss chard so that they all are a similar size.
  2. Finely chop your garlic, parsley and red onion.
  3. Cut and squeeze your lemon so you can use the juice later.

Heating Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and add Swiss Chard, and fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Toast walnuts on a hot and dry pan for a few minutes. Then remove from pan and set aside to use as a topping later.

Building A Salad

  1. Mix cauliflower, red onion and swiss chard together in a bowl.
  2. Mix chili powder, garlic, lemon, olive oil and parsley together in a bowl with salt and pepper, then drizzle on top of your dish.
  3. Add Walnuts on top.
