30 grams
Almonds
2 tsp
Cayenne Pepper
480 grams
Chickpeas
2 tsp
Chili Powder
2 tsp
Cinnamon
4 tsp
Cumin
4 Clove
Garlic
2 tbsp
Lemon
18 grams
Nutritional Yeast
4 tbsp
Olive Oil
1.5 tbsp
Paprika
30 grams
Sesame Seeds
4 tbsp

Prep

  1. Finely chop your garlic.
  2. Cut and squeeze your lemon so you can use the juice later.

Heating Steps

  1. Toast almonds and sesame seeds on a hot and dry pan for a few minutes. Then remove from pan and set aside to use as a topping later.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add chickpeas and garlic to your blender or food processor.
  2. Add all of your vegetables to the blender or food processor. Then add your sauce and pulsate until desired texture. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add Almonds, Nutritional Yeast, Sesame Seeds, Cayenne Pepper, Chili Powder, Cinnamon, Cumin and Paprika on top.
