Prep

  1. Wash and cut your broccoli, cauliflower, green cabbage, radicchio and tomatoes so that they all have a similar size and shape.
  2. Finely chop your chives.

Heating Steps

  1. Toast pumpkin seeds on a hot and dry pan for a few minutes. Then remove from pan and set aside to use as a topping later.

Building A Salad

  1. Mix broccoli, cauliflower, green cabbage, radicchio and tomatoes together in a bowl.
  2. Add Pumpkin Seeds and Radishes on top.
