Sun Is Shinning Chia Porridge With Pear

Use 4X more liquid than chia. Chia seeds will thicken your porridge, so don't worry if it looks too runny at the beginning.

Apple Cider Vinegar
6 tbsp
Chia Seeds
30 grams
Coconut
30 grams
Dried Cranberries
480 ml
Milk
2 tsp
Nutmeg
40 grams
Peanut Butter

Pear
2 tsp
Vanilla

Prep

  1. Slice your apple and pear as you like. Try to ensure all pieces are roughly the same size.

Finishing Touches

  1. Place your chia seeds in a bowl.
  2. Add apple, apple cider vinegar, Milk, nutmeg, peanut butter, pear and vanilla to your bowl and mix. Let mixture sit until thickened, at least 15 minutes.
  3. Add Coconut and Dried Cranberries on top.
