Exodus Pasta Salad With Carrot

If you have leftover cooked pasta then it's already chilled. If not, boil your pasta first so it has time to cool!

Ingredients

Apple Cider Vinegar

Carrot
80 grams
Cottage Cheese
4 Clove
Garlic
1.5 tbsp
Ginger
1.5 tbsp
Hot Sauce
1.5 tbsp
Mustard
2 tbsp
Olive Oil

Onion
100 grams
Pasta
2 tbsp
Soy Sauce
30 grams
Walnuts

Prep

  1. Boil pasta according to instructions on package.
  2. Peel and cut your carrot. All ingredients should have a similar size and shape.
  3. Finely chop your garlic, ginger and onion.

Heating Steps

  1. Toast walnuts on a hot and dry pan for a few minutes. Then remove from pan and set aside to use as a topping later.

Building A Salad

  1. Mix carrot together in a bowl.
  2. Mix apple cider vinegar, cottage cheese, garlic, ginger, hot sauce, mustard, olive oil and soy sauce together in a bowl with salt and pepper, then drizzle on top of your dish.
  3. Add Walnuts on top.
