Ingredients

20 leaf
Basil
1 tbsp
Ginger
0.25
Grapefruit
120 grams
Noodles
0.5
Orange
3 tbsp
Peanut Butter
35 grams
Walnuts

Prep

  1. Boil your Noodles according to the instructions on the package and set aside a bit of the starchy water.
  2. Slice your Grapefruit and Orange into even pieces.
  3. Finely chop your Basil and Ginger.

Heating Steps

  1. Toast Walnuts on a hot and dry pan. Then remove from pan.
  2. Mix Peanut Butter together in a bowl, then pour into your pan.
  3. Add the starchy water to the frying pan to thicken the sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add the cooked Noodles to your pan and mix evenly.
  2. Add Basil, Ginger, Grapefruit, Orange and Walnuts on top.
