- Boil your Noodles according to the instructions on the package and set aside a bit of the starchy water.
- Slice your Grapefruit and Orange into even pieces.
- Finely chop your Basil and Ginger.
- Toast Walnuts on a hot and dry pan. Then remove from pan.
- Mix Peanut Butter together in a bowl, then pour into your pan.
- Add the starchy water to the frying pan to thicken the sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked Noodles to your pan and mix evenly.
- Add Basil, Ginger, Grapefruit, Orange and Walnuts on top.
