60 ml
Almond Milk
15 grams
Almonds
0.75 tbsp
Balsamic Vinegar
0.75 tbsp
Canola Oil

Celeriac
60 ml
Cream
2 Egg
Eggs

Gruyere Cheese
0.5 tbsp
Ketchup
0.75 tbsp
Mustard
3 tsp
Nutmeg

Prep

  1. Peel and cut your Celeriac. All ingredients should have a similar size and shape.
  2. Grate or slice your Gruyere Cheese.

Heating Steps

  1. Toast Almonds on a hot and dry pan. Then remove from pan.
  2. Heat clear oil in a pan, add Celeriac with nutmeg and fry for 20 minutes.

Finishing Touches

  1. Whisk your eggs with milk then add in your Almond Milk, Balsamic Vinegar, Canola Oil, Cream, Ketchup, Mustard and Sriracha and mix together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Place your Celeriac into your pie crust, then pour your egg mixture on top.
  3. Add Gruyere Cheese on top.
  4. Bake in your oven for 40 minutes at 190°C (375°F) or until top is golden brown.
  5. Add Almonds on top.
