Prep

  1. Wash and cut your apple, mango and tomatoes so that they all have a similar size and shape.
  2. Slice your avocado, cucumber, kiwi, orange, peach, pear, radishes and watermelon into approximately 2x2cm cubes (1"x 1"). Try to ensure all pieces are roughly the same size.
  3. Cut and squeeze your lemon so you can use the juice later.

Building A Salad

  1. Mix avocado, cherry tomatoes, corn, cucumber and tomatoes together in a bowl.
  2. Mix honey, jam, lemon, maple syrup and yogurt together in a bowl with salt and pepper, then drizzle on top of your dish.
  3. Add Apple, Blackberries, Blueberries, Grapes, Kiwi, Mango, Melon, Orange, Peach, Pear, Radishes, Raspberries, Strawberries and Watermelon on top.
