Broccoli
0.5 tbsp
Canola Oil
40 grams
Edamame
2 Egg
Eggs
1 tbsp
Miso
1 tbsp
Rice Vinegar
1 tbsp
Sesame Oil
15 grams
Sugar
3 tbsp
Sunflower Seeds

Prep

  1. Wash and cut your broccoli so that they all have a similar size and shape.

Heating Steps

  1. Toast sunflower seeds on a hot and dry pan for a few minutes. Then remove from pan and set aside to use as a topping later.
  2. Heat canola oil in a pan, add Broccoli and Edamame and fry for 15 minutes.
  3. Crack your eggs into a bowl and whisk well. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Add your miso, rice vinegar, sesame oil and sugar to the bowl and mix.
  5. Add your broccoli and edamame to the whisked eggs and mix.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add Sunflower Seeds on top.
