Brussels Sprouts
60 grams
Butternut Squash

Cheddar Cheese

Lemon

Prep

  1. Wash and cut your butternut squash so that they all have a similar size and shape.
  2. Wash and thinly slice your brussels sprouts.
  3. Finely chop your shallots.
  4. Grate or slice your cheddar cheese.
  5. Cut and squeeze your lemon so you can use the juice later.
  6. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Heating Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan, add Butternut Squash and fry for 20 minutes.

Building Your Pizza

  1. Spread your heated butternut squash on top.
  2. Spread the rest of your ingredients on top of the pizza. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Bake pizza in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  5. Mix lemon and olive oil together in a bowl.
