Peel and cut your Carrot, Onion, Parsnips, Sweet Potato and Turnip. All ingredients should have a similar size and shape.
Wash and cut your Apple so that they all have a similar size and shape.
Spread the parsnips and sweet potato with chili powder evenly on an oven tray and splash with oil. Set the oven to 200°C/400°F and roast for 15 minutes. Finally, add carrot, onion and turnip and roast for another 30 minutes.
Mix Carrot, Chili Powder, Onion, Sweet Potato and Turnip together in a bowl.
Mix Balsamic Vinegar and Butter together in a bowl, then drizzle on top of salad.
