Ingredients

90 grams
Cabbage

Carrot

Coconut Milk

Cucumber

Curry Paste
2 tbsp
Ginger

Honey

Leeks

Pizza Dough
4 tbsp
Pumpkin Seeds
100 ml
Stock
6 tbsp
Sunflower Seeds
2 tbsp
White Vinegar

Prep

  1. Wash, peel, and thinly slice your Carrot.
  2. Wash and thinly slice your Cabbage and Leeks.
  3. Finely chop your Ginger.
  4. Slice your Cucumber into even pieces.

Heating Steps

  1. Heat clear oil in a pan, add cabbage and fry for 15 minutes.
  2. Toast Pumpkin Seeds and Sunflower Seeds on a hot and dry pan. Then remove from pan.

Building Your Pizza

  1. Spread your heated Cabbage on top.
  2. Spread the rest of your ingredients on top of the pizza. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Bake pizza in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  4. Mix Coconut Milk, Curry Paste, Honey, Vegetable Stock and White Vinegar together in a bowl.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add Cucumber, Pumpkin Seeds and Sunflower Seeds on top.
