Slaws only take about 5 minutes to prepare, but remember to give it time to sit as this tenderizes the salad and helps the flavors meld. We recommend a minimum of 1 hour, but overnight is even better.
Apple Cider Vinegar

Wash, peel and shred or thinly slice your carrot.
Wash and shred or thinly slice your apple.
Finely chop your basil and garlic.
Cut and squeeze your lemon so you can use the juice later.
Building A Salad
Mix carrot and cherry tomatoes together in a bowl.
Mix apple cider vinegar, basil, garlic, honey, hot sauce, lemon, mayonnaise, olive oil, peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha and tahini together in a bowl with salt and pepper, then drizzle on top of your dish and mix well.
Let your salad sit so that the dressing can soften the crunch of the vegetables. We recommend at least 1 hour, but it's even better if you can leave it overnight.
