As simple as boiling your veggies to peak tenderness then mashing them!

Peel and cut your carrot and potatoes. All ingredients should have a similar size and shape.
Wash and cut your apple and broccoli so that they all have a similar size and shape.
Finely chop your garlic, onion and parsley.
Cut and squeeze your lemon so you can use the juice later.
Bring salted water to a boil. Add Potatoes and boil for 5 minutes.Then add Carrot and boil 5 minutes.Finally, add Broccoli and boil for another 10 minutes.
Drain your vegetables and return them to the pot or a food processor.
Add cayenne pepper, curry powder, garlic, italian seasoning, lemon, olive oil, onion, oregano, parsley and peanut butter and pulsate with a blender or food processor or mash with a fork. Add salt and pepper to taste.
