Chia seeds will thicken your porridge, so don't worry if it looks too runny at the beginning.

- Wash your strawberries.
- Place your chia seeds in a bowl.
- Add strawberries and yogurt to your bowl and mix. Let mixture sit until thickened, at least 15 minutes.
- Toast pumpkin seeds on a hot and dry pan for a few minutes. Then remove from pan and set aside to use as a topping later.
- Add Pumpkin Seeds on top.
