Pearl Jam's Smoothie With Maple Syrup

Apple

Carrot
1 tbsp
Lemon
100 grams
Maple Syrup
1.5 tbsp
Mayonnaise
100 grams
Pineapple
340 grams
Watermelon

Prep

  1. Wash and cut your apple and carrot.
  2. Slice your banana, pineapple and watermelon into approximately 2x2cm cubes (1"x 1"). Try to ensure all pieces are roughly the same size.
  3. Cut and squeeze your lemon so you can use the juice later.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add your apple, banana, carrot, lemon, maple syrup, mayonnaise, pineapple and watermelon to your blender and pulsate until smooth.
  2. Serve your smoothie cold! You can store it for up to 3 days in the fridge.
