- Peel and cut your carrot. All ingredients should have a similar size and shape.
- Wash and cut your bok choy so that they all have a similar size and shape.
- Heat oil in a pan, add Carrot paprika and fry for 10 minutes.Finally, add Bok Choy and fry for another 5 minutes.
- Toast walnuts on a hot and dry pan for a few minutes. Then remove from pan and set aside to use as a topping later.
- Add Walnuts on top.
