Ingredients

Avocado
120 grams
Chickpeas
30 grams
Kale
1 tbsp
Olive Oil
2 tbsp
Pumpkin Seeds

Red Onion
1 tbsp
Red Wine Vinegar
3 tbsp
Sunflower Seeds
2 tbsp
Tahini

Prep

  1. Wash and cut your kale so that they all have a similar size and shape.
  2. Finely chop your red onion.
  3. Slice your avocado and radishes as you like. Try to ensure all pieces are roughly the same size.

Heating Steps

  1. Toast pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds on a hot and dry pan for a few minutes. Then remove from pan and set aside to use as a topping later.

Building A Salad

  1. Mix avocado, chickpeas, kale and red onion together in a bowl.
  2. Mix olive oil, red wine vinegar and tahini together in a bowl with salt and pepper, then drizzle on top of your dish.
  3. Add Pumpkin Seeds, Radishes, Sunflower Seeds and Salt on top.
