3 tbsp
Chia Seeds
1 tsp
Cinnamon
1 tbsp
Maple Syrup
220 ml
Milk

Prep

  1. Slice your apple into approximately 2x2cm cubes (1"x 1"). Try to ensure all pieces are roughly the same size.

Finishing Touches

  1. Place your chia seeds in a bowl.
  2. Add apple, cinnamon, maple syrup and Milk to your bowl and mix. Let mixture sit until thickened, at least 15 minutes.
