Forbered

  1. Peel and cut your carrot og shallots into evenly sized pieces.
  2. Grate or slice your blue cheese.
  3. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Opvarmning

  1. Spread the Gulerod og Skalotteløg, rosemary evenly on an oven tray and splash with oil. Set the oven to 200°C/400°F and roast for 30 minutes.
  2. Toast pumpkin seeds on a hot and dry pan for a few minutes. Then remove from pan and set aside to use as a topping later.

Til Sidst

  1. Mix carrot og shallots together in a bowl.
  2. Mix miso together in a bowl with salt and pepper, then drizzle on top of your dish.
  3. Add Gorgonzola, Græskarfrø og Rosin on top.
