Banana

Carrot
2 tbsp
Flax Seeds
15 grams
Peanut Butter
30 grams
Spinach
110 ml
Yogurt

Prep

  1. Wash and cut your carrot.
  2. Slice your banana into approximately 2x2cm cubes (1"x 1"). Try to ensure all pieces are roughly the same size.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add your banana, carrot, flax seeds, peanut butter, spinach and yogurt to your blender and pulsate until smooth.
  2. Serve your smoothie cold! You can store it for up to 3 days in the fridge.
