Ingredients

2 Egg
Eggs
30 grams
Goat Cheese
25 grams
Gruyere Cheese
300 grams
Pie Crust
4 tbsp
Pinenuts
20 grams
Ricotta
180 grams
Spinach

Prep

  1. Grate or slice your goat cheese and gruyere cheese.

Heating Steps

  1. Toast pinenuts on a hot and dry pan for a few minutes. Then remove from pan and set aside to use as a topping later.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add Spinach and fry for 5 minutes.

Finishing Touches

  1. Whisk your eggs with milk then add in your ricotta and mix together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Place your spinach into your pie crust, then pour your egg mixture on top.
  3. Add gruyere cheese on top.
  4. Bake in your oven for 40 minutes at 190°C (375°F) or until top is golden brown.
  5. Add Goat Cheese and Pinenuts on top.
