Pavarotti's Bean Spread With Peanuts

Ingredients

Avocado
2 Clove
Garlic
0.75 tbsp
Lime
1 tbsp
Olive Oil
1 tbsp
Peanut Butter
25 grams
Peanuts
0.75 tbsp
Sweet Chili Sauce
150 grams
White Beans

Prep

  1. Slice your avocado into approximately 2x2cm cubes (1"x 1"). Try to ensure all pieces are roughly the same size.
  2. Finely chop your garlic.
  3. Cut and squeeze your lime so you can use the juice later.
  4. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Finishing Touches

  1. Add peanuts and white beans to your blender or food processor.
  2. Add all of your vegetables to the blender or food processor. Then add your sauce and pulsate until desired texture. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread your delicious creation on top of your bread.
