Basil
2 Egg
Eggs
2 Clove
Garlic
50 grams
Mushrooms
1 tbsp
Olive Oil

Prep

  1. Wash and cut your Mushrooms and tomatoes so that they all have a similar size and shape.
  2. Finely chop your basil, garlic and onion.
  3. Grate or slice your parmesan cheese.

Heating Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and add garlic and onion, and fry at lower temperature for several minutes.
  2. Turn up the heat to medium and add Mushrooms to your pan and fry for 15 minutes.
  3. Crack your eggs into a bowl and whisk well. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Add your sour cream to the bowl and mix.
  5. Pour your egg mixture on top of your vegetables and heat until omelette is done.
  6. Add parmesan cheese on top and cook until melted.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add Basil and Tomatoes on top.
