Butternut Squash
1.5 tbsp
Chives
80 grams
Corn
1.5 tbsp
Ginger
0.5 tbsp
Lemon

Mozzarella

Prep

  1. Wash and cut your butternut squash so that they all are a similar size.
  2. Wash, peel, and thinly slice your red onion and sweet potato.
  3. Finely chop your chives, ginger and spring onion.
  4. Grate or slice your mozzarella.
  5. Cut and squeeze your lemon so you can use the juice later.
  6. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Heating Steps

  1. Turn up the heat to medium and add Butternut Squash to your pan and fry for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Building Your Pizza

  1. Mix ginger together in a bowl.
  2. Spread your heated butternut squash on top.
  3. Spread the rest of the toppings on the pizza. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add mozzarella and sesame seeds on top.
  5. Bake pizza in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  6. Drizzle the lemon, sesame oil, soy sauce and sweet chili sauce on top.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add Chives and Spring Onion on top.
