Ingredients

1 handful
Black Olives
80 grams
Couscous

Figs
2 tbsp
Olive Oil
100 grams
Pistachios
200 grams
Romaine Lettuce

Spring Onion
2
Tomatoes
2 tbsp
White Wine Vinegar

Prep

  1. Boil couscous according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Wash and cut your romaine lettuce and tomatoes so that they all are a similar size.
  3. Finely chop your spring onion.

Heating Steps

  1. Toast pistachios on a hot and dry pan for a few minutes. Then remove from pan and set aside to use as a topping later.

Building A Salad

  1. Mix couscous, romaine lettuce, spring onion and tomatoes together in a bowl.
  2. Mix olive oil and white wine vinegar together in a bowl with salt and pepper, then drizzle on top of your dish.
  3. Add Black Olives, Figs, Pistachios and Spring Onion on top.
