Prep

  1. Wash and cut your broccoli, cauliflower and tomatoes so that they all have a similar size and shape.
  2. Finely chop your carrot.
  3. Cut and squeeze your lemon so you can use the juice later.

Heating Steps

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add Carrot and Cauliflower and fry for 5 minutes.Then add Broccoli and Corn and fry for 5 minutes.Finally, add Tomatoes and fry for 5 extra minutes.
  2. Turn off the heat, and add lemon to your pan and mix.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add your vegetables to your plate.
