The longer you let your veggies sit in the marinade, the louder the barbecue sizzle will be... and of course a deeper flavor.

- Finely chop your ginger.
- Mix ginger, maple syrup, peanut butter and soy sauce together in a bowl with salt and pepper.
- Pour your marinade on top of your vegetables and let sit for at least 30 minutes before cooking. The longer you let them sit, the more flavorful the vegetables will be.
