Electronic Dip With Lemon Zest

Ingredients

2 tsp
Cayenne Pepper
30 ml
Coconut Milk
280 grams
Edamame
20 grams
Honey
6 tsp
Lemon Zest
30 grams
Peanut Butter
280 grams
Peas
6 tsp
Smoked Paprika
8 tbsp
Sunflower Seeds
2 tbsp
Tahini
2 tbsp
White Wine Vinegar

Heating Steps

  1. Spread the Peas evenly on an oven tray and splash with oil. Set the oven to 200°C/400°F and roast for 15 minutes.
  2. Toast sunflower seeds on a hot and dry pan for a few minutes. Then remove from pan and set aside to use as a topping later.
  3. Bring water to a boil. Steam Edamame for 5 minutes.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add all of your vegetables to a blender or food processor. Then add your sauce and pulsate until desired texture. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add Lemon Zest and Sunflower Seeds on top.
