Ingredients

90 grams
Cabbage
1 tsp
Chili Powder
25 grams
Coconut
2 Clove
Garlic
0.75 tbsp
Ginger
0.5 tbsp
Honey
90 grams
Mushrooms
1 tbsp
Peanut Butter
70 grams
Rice
1 tsp
Sambal Oelek
1 tbsp
Sesame Oil
0.75 tbsp
Soy Sauce
0.75 tbsp
Vinegar

Prep

  1. Boil rice according to instructions on package.
  2. Wash and cut your cabbage and Mushrooms so that they all have a similar size and shape.
  3. Finely chop your garlic and ginger.

Heating Steps

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan and add garlic and ginger, chili powder and fry at lower temperature for several minutes.
  2. Turn up the heat to medium and add Cabbage and Mushrooms to your pan and fry for 15 minutes.
  3. Add honey, peanut butter, sambal oelek, soy sauce and Vinegar to your pan and mix.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add your cooked rice to your pan and mix until evenly coated. Serve and enjoy warm.
  2. Add Coconut on top.
