Instrumental Pasta Salad With Parsley

If you have leftover cooked pasta then it's already chilled. If not, boil your pasta first so it has time to cool!

70 grams
Arugula

Cauliflower
70 grams
Green Beans
45 grams
Parmesan Cheese
3 tbsp
Parsley
50 grams
Pasta
1 tbsp
Ranch Dressing
15 ml
Yogurt

Prep

  1. Boil pasta according to instructions on package.
  2. Wash and cut your cauliflower and green beans so that they all have a similar size and shape.
  3. Finely chop your parsley.
  4. Grate or slice your parmesan cheese.

Building A Salad

  1. Mix arugula, cauliflower and green beans together in a bowl.
  2. Mix parsley, ranch dressing and yogurt together in a bowl with salt and pepper, then drizzle on top of your dish.
  3. Add Parmesan Cheese on top.
