Balsamic Vinegar

Green Beans

Honey
0.75 tbsp
Horseradish
0.75 tbsp
Miso

Prep

  1. Wash and cut your green beans in evenly sized pieces.
  2. Finely chop your basil and carrot.

Heating Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot, add Carrot and fry for 15 minutes.
  2. Add canned tomatoes, green beans, honey, horseradish and miso and mix.
  3. Add water or stock to your pot to obtain the desired thickness, and simmer for about 25 minutes or until all vegetables are tender. Make sure to stir occasionally, so it doesn't burn. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add balsamic vinegar and mix, and let simmer for 5 more minutes.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add Basil on top.
