Almonds
0.5 handful
Blackberries

Olive Oil

Olives
0.5 tbsp
Paprika

Parmesan Cheese

Parsnips
0.5 tsp
Rosemary

Sage
130 grams
Sweet Potato
35 ml

Prep

  1. Peel and cut your parsnips and sweet potato. All ingredients should have a similar size and shape.
  2. Grate or slice your parmesan cheese.

Heating Steps

  1. Toast almonds on a hot and dry pan for a few minutes. Then remove from pan and set aside to use as a topping later.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan, add Parsnips and Sweet Potato paprika, rosemary and sage and fry for 15 minutes.
  3. Add canned tomatoes and olive oil to your pan and mix.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add your vegetables to your plate.
  2. Add Almonds, Blackberries, Olives and Parmesan Cheese on top.
