- Peel and cut your potatoes. All ingredients should have a similar size and shape.
- Wash and cut your zucchini so that they all have a similar size and shape.
- Heat oil in a pan, add Potatoes paprika and fry for 15 minutes.Then add Zucchini and fry for 10 minutes.Finally, add Peas and fry for 5 extra minutes.
- Add rice vinegar and soy sauce to your pan and mix.
- Add your vegetables to your plate.
