Bell Pepper
Chili Pepper
0.75 tsp
Chili Powder
70 grams
2 Clove
40 grams
1 tbsp
Olive Oil
2 tbsp
Pumpkin Seeds
50 grams
30 ml
Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp

  1. Wash and cut your tomatoes so that they all have a similar size and shape.
  2. Finely chop your bell pepper, chili pepper and garlic.
  3. Grate or slice your mozzarella.

Heating Steps

  1. Toast pumpkin seeds on a hot and dry pan for a few minutes. Then remove from pan and set aside to use as a topping later.
  2. Boil rice according to instructions on package.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and add chili pepper and garlic, chili powder and fry at lower temperature for several minutes.
  4. Turn up the heat to medium and add Corn to your pan and fry for 5 minutes.Finally, add Bell Pepper and Tomatoes and fry for 5 extra minutes.
  5. Mix olive oil and Vinegar together in a bowl, then pour into your pan.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add your vegetables to your plate.
  2. Serve your cooked rice on your plate.
  3. Add Mozzarella and Pumpkin Seeds on top.
