  1. Peel and cut your celeriac og parsnips into evenly sized pieces.
  2. Wash and cut your kale in evenly sized pieces.
  3. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Opvarmning

  1. Spread the Knoldselleri og Pastinak, evenly on an oven tray and splash with oil. Set the oven to 200°C/400°F and roast for 30 minutes.Finally, add Grønkål and roast for another 15 minutes.

Til Sidst

  1. Mix kale, celeriac og parsnips together in a bowl.
  2. Mix balsamic vinegar together in a bowl with salt and pepper, then drizzle on top of your dish.
  3. Add Granatæble on top.
