Ingredients

0.5 handful
Black Olives
0.25
Cucumber
60 grams
Feta Cheese
15 leaf
Mint
2 tbsp
Olive Oil
4 tsp
Oregano

Red Onion

Tomatoes

Prep

  1. Peel and cut your red onion. All ingredients should have a similar size and shape.
  2. Wash and cut your tomatoes so that they all have a similar size and shape.
  3. Finely chop your mint.
  4. Grate or slice your feta cheese.
  5. Slice your cucumber as you like. Try to ensure all pieces are roughly same size.

Building A Salad

  1. Mix cucumber, red onion and tomatoes together in a bowl.
  2. Mix olive oil and oregano together in a bowl with salt and pepper, then drizzle on top of your dish.
  3. Add Black Olives, Feta Cheese and Mint on top.
