Prep
- Peel and cut your red onion. All ingredients should have a similar size and shape.
- Wash and cut your tomatoes so that they all have a similar size and shape.
- Finely chop your mint.
- Grate or slice your feta cheese.
- Slice your cucumber as you like. Try to ensure all pieces are roughly same size.
Building A Salad
- Mix cucumber, red onion and tomatoes together in a bowl.
- Mix olive oil and oregano together in a bowl with salt and pepper, then drizzle on top of your dish.
- Add Black Olives, Feta Cheese and Mint on top.
