Creamy Pasta With Cheddar Cheese

Ingredients

100 grams
Cheddar Cheese
90 ml
Cream
720 grams
Leeks
60 ml
Milk
180 grams
Pasta
10 tsp
Rosemary

Prep

  1. Grate or slice your Cheddar Cheese.
  2. Finely chop your leeks.

Heating Steps

  1. Boil pasta according to the instructions on the package and save about a 1/4 cup of the pasta water when draining.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add leeks, rosemary and fry at a lower temperature for several minutes.
  3. Lower the heat, add cream and Milk to your pan and mix.
  4. Add the reserved pasta water to your frying pan and bring to a boil to thicken the sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add your cooked pasta to your pan and mix evenly.
  2. Add Cheddar Cheese on top.
