Ingredients

110 grams
Black Beans
0.75
Carrot
0.75
Celery Stalk
30 grams
Cheddar Cheese
0.75 tsp
Chili Powder
0.5 tbsp
Chives
1 tbsp
Lime
0.5
Onion
0.5 tbsp
Paprika
50 grams
Potatoes
50 grams
Red Cabbage
50 grams
Romaine Lettuce
2 tbsp
Vegetable Oil

Prep

  1. Peel a few leaves off of your red cabbage and romaine lettuce so they can be used as your wrap.
  2. Peel and cut your potatoes. All ingredients should have a similar size and shape.
  3. Grate or slice your Cheddar Cheese.
  4. Finely chop your carrot, celery stalk, chives and onion.
  5. Cut and squeeze your lime so you can use the juice later.

Heating Steps

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add carrot, celery stalk and onion, chili powder and paprika and fry at lower temperature for several minutes.
  2. Turn up the heat to medium and add Potatoes to your pan and fry for 25 minutes.Finally, add Black Beans and fry for 5 extra minutes.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add your heated ingredients to the wrap.
  2. Mix lime together in a bowl with salt and pepper, then drizzle on top of your wrap.
  3. Add Cheddar Cheese and Chives on top.
