Feta Cheese

Lemon
1 tbsp
Parsley

Red Lettuce

Prep

  1. Boil couscous according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Wash and cut your apple, red lettuce and tomatoes so that they all are a similar size.
  3. Finely chop your parsley and spring onion.
  4. Grate or slice your feta cheese.
  5. Cut and squeeze your lemon so you can use the juice later.

Building A Salad

  1. Mix corn, couscous, red lettuce, spring onion and tomatoes together in a bowl.
  2. Mix lemon, parsley and sesame oil together in a bowl with salt and pepper, then drizzle on top of your dish.
  3. Add Apple, Feta Cheese and Spring Onion on top.
