Cherry Tomatoes

Cucumber

Hot Sauce
30 grams
Kale
20 leaf
Mint
2 tbsp
Olive Oil
3 tbsp
Sunflower Seeds

Prep

  1. Wash and cut your kale in evenly sized pieces.
  2. Finely chop your mint.
  3. Slice your avocado and cucumber. Try to ensure all pieces are roughly the same size.
  4. Massage your kale before using it to make it more tender.

Heating Steps

  1. Toast sunflower seeds on a hot and dry pan for a few minutes. Then remove from pan and set aside to use as a topping later.

Building A Salad

  1. Mix avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and kale together in a bowl.
  2. Mix hot sauce and olive oil together in a bowl with salt and pepper, then drizzle on top of your dish.
  3. Add Mint and Sunflower Seeds on top.
