Ingredients

0.75 tbsp
Canola Oil
50 grams
Cheddar Cheese
1 tbsp
Cilantro
2 Clove
Garlic

Onion
350 grams
Pizza Dough
15 ml
Salsa
30 ml
Sour Cream
60 grams
Spinach
0.5
Tomatoes
30 ml
Tomato Sauce

Prep

  1. Wash, peel, and thinly slice your onion.
  2. Finely chop your cilantro, garlic and jalapeño.
  3. Slice your tomatoes as you like. Try to ensure all pieces are roughly the same size.
  4. Grate or slice your cheddar cheese.

Building Your Pizza

  1. Spread the rest of your ingredients on top of the pizza. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add cheddar cheese on top.
  3. Bake pizza in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  4. Mix salsa, sour cream and tomato sauce together in a bowl.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add Cilantro on top.
