I Want It All Hummus With Cucumber

Ingredients

12 handful
Arugula
1.5 tbsp
Balsamic Vinegar
2 slice
Bread
300 grams
Chickpeas

Cucumber
60 grams
Feta Cheese

Figs
4 tbsp
Olive Oil
6 tsp
Smoked Paprika
120 grams
Spinach

Prep

  1. Slice your bread and cucumber into even pieces.
  2. Grate or slice your feta cheese.
  3. Wash and cut your cucumber so they can be used for dipping.

Heating Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan, add Chickpeas smoked paprika and fry for 10 minutes.Finally, add Spinach and fry for another 5 minutes.
  2. Toast bread to enjoy alongside your dip.

Finishing Touches

  1. Mix balsamic vinegar together in a bowl.
  2. Add all of your vegetables to a blender or food processor. Then add your sauce and pulsate until desired texture. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add Arugula, Feta Cheese and Figs on top.
  4. Dip cucumber into your creation and enjoy!
