Instrumental Sicilian Diavola Pizza With Broccoli

Ingredients

Artichoke Hearts
8 leaf
Basil
0.25
Broccoli
30 ml
Canned Tomatoes
1 tsp
Cayenne Pepper
30 ml
Coconut Milk
350 grams
Pizza Dough

Prunes
0.75 tbsp
Rice Vinegar

Prep

  1. Wash and thinly slice your broccoli.
  2. Finely chop your basil.
  3. Slice your artichoke hearts into approximately 2x2cm cubes (1"x 1"). Try to ensure all pieces are roughly the same size.
  4. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Building Your Pizza

  1. Spread the rest of your ingredients on top of the pizza. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Bake pizza in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  3. Mix canned tomatoes, coconut milk and rice vinegar together in a bowl.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add Basil and Prunes on top.
