Aretha Franklin's Smoothie With Apple

All you need to do is wash your ingredients and toss them in the blender... magic!

Carrot
0.75 handful
Grapes
3 tbsp
Honey
0.75
Orange
0.25
Pear
50 grams
Pineapple
90 ml

Prep

  1. Peel and cut your orange.
  2. Wash and cut your apple and carrot.
  3. Slice your banana, pear and pineapple into approximately 2x2cm cubes (1"x 1"). Try to ensure all pieces are roughly the same size.

Finishing Touches

  1. Add your apple, banana, carrot, grapes, honey, orange, pear, pineapple and water to your blender and pulsate until smooth.
  2. Serve your smoothie cold! You can store it for up to 3 days in the fridge.
