Kinky Reggae Tabbouleh Salad With Parsley

Don't shy away from the parsley and mint! Some people use as much parsley and mint as they do bulgur or couscous.

Ingredients

3 tbsp
Agave Nectar

Bell Pepper
50 grams
Chickpeas
1 tbsp
Chili Oil
40 grams
Feta Cheese
2 tbsp
Flax Seeds
2 Clove
Garlic
1 tbsp
Lemon
40 grams
Millet
0.5 handful
Olives

Tomatoes

Prep

  1. Boil millet according to instructions on package.
  2. Wash and cut your bell pepper and tomatoes so that they all have a similar size and shape.
  3. Finely chop your garlic.
  4. Grate or slice your feta cheese.
  5. Cut and squeeze your lemon so you can use the juice later.

Building A Salad

  1. Mix bell pepper, chickpeas, millet and tomatoes together in a bowl.
  2. Mix agave nectar, chili oil, garlic and lemon together in a bowl with salt and pepper, then drizzle on top of your dish.
  3. Add Feta Cheese, Flax Seeds and Olives on top.
