- Wash and cut your Mushrooms and zucchini so that they all have a similar size and shape.
- Finely chop your bell pepper, carrot, garlic and onion.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and add carrot, garlic and onion, and fry at lower temperature for several minutes.
- Turn up the heat to medium and add Mushrooms and Zucchini to your pan and fry for 10 minutes.Finally, add Bell Pepper and Kidney Beans and fry for 5 extra minutes.
Forming Your Patties
- Add balsamic vinegar, bell pepper, carrot, garlic, hot sauce, Mushrooms, onion and zucchini to your blender and pulsate until desired texture.
- Mix your pumpkin seeds into the patty before shaping them.
